Beat the heat with this tangy and sweet concoction that will surely quench your thirst and leave you wanting more.<br /><br />Ingredients :<br />- 1 Tbsp of Plum Puree <br />- 1 Tbsp of Tamarind Puree <br />- 2 Tsp of Sugar<br />- 1 Tsp of Chaat Masala<br />- Water (as per required)<br />- 3-4 Ice Cubes<br /><br /> Instructions:<br />- In a blender, add 1 tablespoon of plum puree <br />- Add 1 tablespoon of tamarind puree to the blender.<br />- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sugar into the blender.<br />- Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to the other ingredients in the blender.<br />- Pour water into the blender as per your desired consistency. Start with about 1/2 to 1 cup of water, and you can adjust later if needed.<br />- Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture.<br />- Taste the sharbat and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more sugar or tamarind puree if desired.<br />- Fill glasses with the sharbat<br />Serve the Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat cold and enjoy!
